武汉怡东船舶管理有限公司成立于2002年，并于2011年和2012年先后与武汉河海兴船务服务中心和武汉长运船舶管理有限公司整体合并，公司规模进一步扩大，经营行为进一步规范，行业影响力进一步增强。
公司具有国际船舶管理、甲级船员服务机构、海员外派机构等资质，是湖北（长江海事局）船员服务协会会长单位。公司注册经营范围:船舶技术咨询、海事咨询、船舶管理、船员管理，目前，主要从事船员管理和海员外派业务，并正在积极开拓船舶管理业务。公司办公地点位于武汉市江汉区华南国际广场（原办公地点位于武汉市江岸区怡东大厦），紧邻汉口火车站和机场，交通便利。
 公司具有稳定的专业管理团队，管理层和业务主管均为业内资深人员，包括多名资深船长、轮机长、航运高校专家。公司建立了完善的具有可操作性的各项管理制度并得到全面执行。公司设有船员部、外派部、证件部、综合部等主要部门，分别负责船员招募培训、海员外派、船员证件办理、船员人社事务等具体工作。
经过多年的发展，公司已与新加坡、香港、台湾等国家或地区以及国内多家船东建立了稳定的海员外派合作关系，同时也培养和储备了各类各级别船员一千多人，常年保持在派船员达800多名，其中整套班子28套，零散派300人左右，船舶种类包括散货、集装箱、冷藏运输、油化及液化气、沥青、VLCC等。

Wuhan Yidong Ship Management Co.,Ltd was established in 2002 and combined with Wuhan Hehaixin Shipping service center in 2011 and Wuhan Changyun Ship Management in 2012, with the further enlargement of the company, corresponding business become more profession and the consequence in the industry is getting strengthening. 
We are certified with licence of International Ship Management, First Class Seafarer Service Agency, Seafarer Manning Agency, and the President of Association for seafarer service agency in Hubei Province (CMSA Changjiang branch). The registered scope of business: Ship Technical Consultation, Maritime Consultation, Ship Management, Management of Seafarers. At Present we are mainly engaged in the Management of Seafarers and Seafarer Manning service, meanwhile the Ship Management service is in processing. We are located in the Huanan International Plaza of Jianghan District Wuhan ( The previous location: Yidong Building, Jiangan District Wuhan), next to Hankou Railway Station and Wuhan Airport, easily accessible.  
We own stable management team, they are all specialized staffs in the management and support in the shipping industry including experienced captains, chief engineers and the specialist from the university. The company has set up a set of scientific and high efficiency quality control system and to be conducted fully. The company has set up the Seafarers management Division, Seafarers Manning Division, Certifying Division, General Affairs Division etc in charge of the details of seafarers’ recruiting, manning arrangements, certificates application, seafarers’ welfares. 
The company went across a development stages full of trials, presently we established a stable relationship with the owners for manning seafarers from Singapore, Hongkong, Taiwan and the domestic, we trained the seafarers more than 1,100 persons including 28 sets of group and 300 of individuals to serve on Bulk Carrier, Container Ship, Refrigerated Ship, Oil/Chemical Tanker, LPG, Bitumen Carrier, VLCC etc.
In recent years,the scale for our Seafarer Recuitment & Replacement has remained ahead of the others throughout China and we are aware of the benefits from the result of seafarers’ training, the management with standard control and customized service, hereby we thanks the support from all of the ship owners and seafarers.
