Datum 的轴功率是模块化设计，总的来说是由如下几部分组成：定子，转子，本地显示模块，远程（可选）显示，应力传送器等；安装简便可靠，免维护。

1、可靠性Reliability

A...轴上采用双应变片测扭矩。

一用一备，设计使用寿命10年。但如果其中一只损坏，系统自动启动备用传感器。这样可以保证测量的连续性不受影响。

B...转速传感器2个，一只备用。插头连接，方便切换

The 2 pcs of speed sensor locate in the stator, and one use and another one is for spare; User can change over to another spare by using the plug connector conveniently.

2、转子长度可自由调节Rotor belt length adjusted freely

轴上环带采用模块化设计，方便客户定制，方便装卸，可任意组装，也可微调周长。

The rotor belt adopts modular design, the installation and disassemble is very convenient for customer, customer can assemble the each modular link easily and adjust the belt length according to the actual perimeter of shaft through the side links.

与定子间距8±2mm(brolich要求必须5mm), 间距要求相比其他厂家宽松.

The distance is required 8±2mm between the rotor belt and stator (Brolich requires 5mm), so the gap is looser than other brand.

3、本地控制箱随意安装 Free installation of local controller

本地控制箱安装位置依据客户方便而定，可以安装于定子的立柱上，也可以就近安装.

The local controller can be installed freely according to customer’s need, it can installed on the stator post or installed on the bulkhead.

      4、多种信号输出可供选择 Various outputs can be chose

A...模拟量输出：多种模拟量输出信号可供选择如4-20ma，0-10V，+/-5V，+/-10V等等。

B...RS485通讯输出

Analogue output: various analogue outputs to customer can be chose :4-20ma，0-10V，+/-5V，+/-10V., etc.

Communication output: RS 485 signal output   

5、7”复视板 7” Repeater

复视板可以显示单个航次的功率和累计总功率综合，带有单航次和总功率复位功能.

the repeater can display the single voyage power and total power, and it can reset the voyage power and total power function.

6、软件设置简单 Software configuration

系统设置所需软件无需安装，操作简易，无驱动。

The software is required to configure the parameter setting of DUI (Datum Universal Interface) is very simply, no need installation and no more drive need.

7、服务 Service

国内有服务工程师，方便安装及维修。
